Fisheye and wide-angle lens barrel distortion has no place in real estate photography.  However, if this photograph is truly depicting a bowed window between two warped cabinets, over a curved countertop and sink, located in an off-horizontal dark kitchen, then I apologize.   

Agents quite often highlight community attributes, such as a swimming pool, tennis courts or hiking trails, without clearly identifying that the images are not a part of the property that is for sale.
